Every Retro Boutique tee is made just for you - and we stand behind every one of them. If something isn’t right, we’re here to make it right.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
Because our products are custom printed on demand for each individual order, we are unable to accept returns for buyer’s remorse or incorrect size selection. However, we absolutely stand behind our products when an issue is on our end.
WE OFFER REFUNDS FOR:
- Wrong item received
- Damaged or defective product upon arrival
NOT ELIGIBLE FOR A REFUND:
- Incorrect size selected at checkout
- Change of mind or buyer’s remorse after order is placed
- Minor color variations within acceptable printing tolerances
- Items that have been washed, worn, or altered
HOW TO SUBMIT A REFUND REQUEST

- Submit your request within 30 days of your purchase date.
- Email us at Cheryl@retroboutique.store with your order number and a clear photo showing the issue.
- We’ll review your request and respond within 2–3 business days.
- Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
